I first read the secret 5 years ago, since then it has changed my life. I look at a new quote every morning to start my day off right. Some will speak more to you than others but the message is always a positive one which I think we can all use.

Love reading the daily teachings. Keeps my mind focused on the positive.

I have this app set for random daily reminders and I love that at what always seems the "perfect" time, I get the little alarm to check the message for the day. It helps to keep perspective on not just what you want to introduce into your life but also the gratitude for what exists.
